Your ideas
After the second stage of public consultation, we drafted policies to put the ideas you submitted into effect, in line with the Vision of what central Ealing should be like in 15 years' time. We also took advice from outside planning specialists, to ensure our proposals fit into the strategic direction already set by the London Mayor and Ealing Council. We then refined these into our own priorities for local implementation. There have been several drafts, some with quite small changes. We posted the fourth and sixth versions here, before we reached a firm draft for formal consultation in early 2016. That version included explanations and justification for the policies. Our progress to the final Plan submitted to Ealing Council, for review by an independent Examiner before being put to a referendum, is detailed on another page.
