The Management Committee is responsible for the day-to-day running of the Forum. The first committee was elected at the first Annual General Meeting on 24 July 2013. Re-elections have been held at subsequent AGMs each summer. The Committee consists of four representatives for each of three groups: residents, businesses, and community organisations. It may also co-opt up to six members to provide experience and skills, and to help ensure a balance from the local community.
