Central Ealing Neighbourhood Forum

CENF Constitution

The Forum was set up in response to the Localism Act 2011 as a body of local stakeholders concerned with future development of Ealing Town Centre, and to prepare a Neighbourhood Plan for the area. Its constitution was approved by the stakeholders at a meeting on 4 December 2012, and accepted by the London Borough of Ealing under the Act as part of its official recognition of CENF as a Neighbourhood Forum on 27 March 2013.

The Forum was designed as an body for everybody concerned with the future of the area, with regular meetings open to all. Its constitution was amended at the AGM in June 2014 to allow the management committee to co-opt up to six members, and again on 12 July 2017 and 19 June 2018 to allow for the extension of the life of the Forum. The latest version is here.

The map of the approved Neighbourhood Area is on the next page. You can download the full text of how it is defined here, and how the area sits within the orough and the Ealing Metropolitan Town Centre can be seen here.
